SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN

Duties You will serve as the Operations supervisor and be responsible for management, supervision, and oversight of manufacturing/plant operations.
You will manage and supervise engineering technicians and operations personnel to include performing standard personnel duties, conducting performance reviews, establishing development and training plans, and assigning tasking.
You will be reviewing and staffing documentation and reports, and monitoring cost, schedule, performance, safety, and quality on plant projects.
You will perform workload/leave planning, manage work assignments, prepare/coordinate for optimal operational effectiveness, maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment, performance management.
You will support a manufacturing organization.
You will be required to report to the duty location advertised in the announcement on a regular and reoccurring basis.
Occasional telework options may be available.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Ensuring delivered products meet quality and safety requirements for explosive manufacturing or technology development.
